I will be renting a car from the car care center for my trip in 11 days and have a few questions.
1) Do they assign you a car or are you able to pick your own from the rental category?
2) We don't need a minivan but are there ever any minivans in the full size category?
3) When do I call to arrange a shuttle? What number do I call?

Thanks! Last time, I rented from Dollar at the Wyndham in Disney Springs (and had a great experience) but because they have a limited inventory, I'm renting from Alamo. Plus, I have a better rate with Alamo.

You do not get to choose your car at the ccc. You get the level you reserve. Not sure about calling, but I’m sure the number for ccc is on the app. We are picking up from the dolphin next month, but staying at Bwv, so will walk.

Last year at the car care center, I rented a economy car but they were all out so they gave me a Mustang convertible instead for the same price. I guess it was my lucky day!

The pickup time for each resort is about every hour. But you have to make a reservation for it. 407-824-3470.

You do not get to choose your car at either the CCC or the Dolphin. Sometimes you get the car class reserved, sometimes you get a “free” upgrade. Sometimes this works well, but sometimes not. Once, I had to take a Dodge Charger instead of the midsize I reserved. I felt like I was under close observation by every police car I encountered on that trip .
