I saw on the Disney dining site that this is open until 11:59pm. I saw elsewhere that it's open until 4:00am.
So which is it? We're getting in late and want to know what options we have.

They're open all night, but they have a limited overnight offering set. Late night, the grill isn't open and it's just grab and go stuff.

May I ask what type of grab and go items? Sandwiches, a cold beer maybe?

Premade food in the case, they have sushi, fruit cups, they probably have sandwiches but we haven't bought any premade sandwiches before from here. I thought they make flatbreads late at night not sure if there is a cut off time for that.

Cold beer and wine is in the cooler as well.

Gasparilla Grill at the Grand Floridian has three different cold sandwiches in their case, they are 24 hours too.
