Went to the Captians Grille for dinner Nov 16, 2011 at the Yacht Club resort was really disppointed. Been there before and dinner was very good but, this time dinner was bad. Took them 15 - 20 mins to seat us and most of the tables were empty. Service was slow the waiter was busy giving better service to the tables he had with more customer. My sister ordered pork chop and was under cooked after she ordered it cooked well. I had the Rib Eye was tough and tasteless. My Ribeye came with a butter herb sauce and over salted broccolini. To give some taste to the meat I asked to have some extra juice to put on my meat. So, the chief came out with the sauce you think the chief would of at least have taken the time heat it instead he brought it out cold. The butterherb sauce since it was not heated was just a glob of cold butter in a small cup. The chief asked if everything was alright I explained that my I wanted extra sauce because the ribeye was tough and tasteless. He said that they put very little salt n pepper on the steak because in the past people have complained and proceeded to tell me if I wanted more seasoning I can put more salt n pepper on it and pointed to the seasoning on myself. He asked if that is the way I ordered my meal I said yes I ordered well done but NOT tough and tastless. The chief then said well that is the way you ordered it and I again reminded him that I did not order it tough and tasteless. He definately became defensive at the fact that the meal was unsatisfactory and continued to repeat himself saying "well that is the way you ordered". Just and FYI my sister ordered the Porkchop and she had to return it because it was undercooked and cold. Needless to say I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone and did not appreciate the way the chief kept trying to put the blame on us for the way the food turned out. Really suprised with this experience and definately NOT Disney quality.
