Captain's Plan at Marina

We're staying at the Poly in a couple of weeks and I read about the Captain's Plan on TGM. I'm wondering if anyone has ever purchased this and if it was worth the money. It seems like it could be a good value, but I guess the question is whether we would actually spend 4 hours using bikes and boats during the week we were there.

Whether or not you have used the plan, what kinds of boats are your favorite?

We did this a few years ago while at the WL. There were 8 of us in a DVC villa so it was definitely worth the money for us! My four 20-somethings said it was the highlight of their trip! We rode bikes, rented sea-racers, DH took out another type of boat. It was great.

Could you share a little more detail about this? What sorts of boats are available? What are the rates for the plan?
