:confused3Hhmmm, which shall it be? I NEED HELP!!
Captain's Grille OR Grand Floridia Cafe for dinner one night. . ..

I am leaning toward the Captain's Grille and am glad to hear that you liked it!

I haven't been to Grand Floridian Cafe, but I have to say, Captain's Grille was very good. One of the best meals of our last trip. My husband wanted to eat again at "that place with the bacon polenta." (it came with the pork!)

If that doesn't sell it, don't know what will! :)

I've heard they are both good. We are actually trying both on our next trip.

Hmmm, if I were dining with my spouse/significant other, I'd vote for Captain's Grille, preferably with later ressie. Whichever you choose, enjoy !

hands down captain's grille.
last i checked they had a 3 course prix fix dinner option that was really nice.

the food is more made from scratch there.

i noticed several major cleanliness issues for the cafe.
1. a hair on one of my marshmallows with the fondue and when i told the waiter, he just said he'd get me another marshmallow..IF i wanted.
2. we asked for a doggie bag and they brought us a crumbled up used gift shop bag to put food into.
3. food on the floor when we arrived and then more food thrown on the floor by small children/toddlers as we dined (landing up against my chair) and stayed there with rushed busy waiters kicking it all around.

i used to go to the cafe all the time a long time ago...but it is at the bottom of the list now.

we have both on our agenda for our late November trip, is the three course meal part of the dinning plan?
