Just got back from WDW last week and discovered Captain's Grille. What a great little place. Fresh food and nicely prepared. Our waitress mentioned that the Lunch and Dinner menus had recently changed and the new Breakfast menu was slated for March.
Hand cut salt and vinegar fries and the vinegar is some sort of powdered sprinkle they toss with the fries. Comes with a nice aioli. And next door at the bar next to Yachtsman they do hand cut fries involving truffle oil and parmesan cheese but we have not tried those yet. These are different from the regular fries that come with the entrees. The hand cut fries are on the appetizer menu along with a clam chowder that is also prepared differently than the normal chowder.
So the menus are changing and I for one really enjoyed some of the new items, although some were only new to me.
