Captains Grill or Ohana for Dinner??

Ohana is a must do each trip, especially since we stay at the Poly. Not sure about Capt Grill but we are also doing it this trip, I thought the menu sounded yummy and we havent been to the YC yet, we like to try new restaurants out each trip, and check out resorts we havent been to yet..

OMG! 'OHANA! It's our all-time family fave and an absolute must do each and every year!

I wouldn't miss O'Hana....it is great. We've eaten there 3 times and was never disappointed.

We did the dining plan last summer for 2 weeks, and Captain's Grille was the only restaurant that we thought was awful. I had the steak, and it came drenched in butter, it was hardly edible. DH's entree wasn't much better. We did have a fabulous server, so we didn't complain. We were just upset that we had wasted a TS credit there, and will never eat there again!

I also love Ohana but am looking at CG this trip. My impression is that CG is a quieter, more adult-type, classic American restaurant while Ohana is more polynesian flavors and more high-energy (and high calorie-----the dessert that comes with the meal is to die for. Yum!)

We loved the Captains grill, and my kids really liked the dessert. We are doing Ohana and CG this trip!
