In my quest to continue to try new places each trip,
I was thinking about Captain's Grill breakfast in March
I looked at the menu, and see the also have a buffet for breakfast.
I enjoyed dinner there in November.

What are your thoughts on breakfast offerings?
Thanks!

We LOVE Captain's Grill. It's fantastic! DH got the buffet and really enjoyed the offerings. I got the lemon pancakes which were perfection!

I've also enjoyed the breakfast buffet at Captain's Grille on a couple of trips so far. Good choice!

We like the buffet. It has different offerings. Just went last month.

Only problem was we were glad we didnt get one server who we dont care for. We had him 2 times ago, but still this time last month he was serving the table next to us. He is just so loud and boisterous and talks and is chatty while my dh and I prefer to have a quiet breakfast. If you go and you get a guy with glasses and a beard, good luck!

Also if you want something that is not on the buffet they will try and get it for you. Another couple by us asked for real maple syrup and they got it.

We really like the buffet at the Swan much better. They have a homemade omelet station that is great.

wow awesome thanks for your thoughts everyone.
Sounds good, so I'm going to look for a breakfast ADR,

Are you talking about Garden Grove?
I ate breakfast there last trip and liked it very much.
They had a really nice variety and lots of fresh fruits and smoothies which was great.
Not to mention the Starbucks coffee :)

We went with a group of 11. Three people got the buffet and really enjoyed it. The rest of us ordered different items off the menu and we all loved our good. I only made an ADR there because we were staying at BC and it's right there, but it ended up being one of our favorite breakfast meals. The drinks were good, too.

I took three college girls there on our departure morning in October. We all ordered from the menu and it was quite tasty and reasonable, especially with the passholder discount .

My wife enjoyed the buffet. I, especially, liked the bread pudding with warm bananas foster sauce, and the waffles with the same sauce. Yummy!

We love the buffet there! Great selections and less expensive because there aren't characters there.(which makes ADR's easy to obtain and it's pretty quiet as well!) Short walk to EPCOT afterwards!

We have done breakfasts there twice and enjoyed them ... we are not doing an ADR there for our next trip as we also like to try new places each visit ... you will not be disappointed!

We always have breakfast there at least once each time we go to WDW! Love the buffet, plenty of options and tasty! Highly recommend!

We do it at least once each trip. Usually we do the buffet since there are so many options but I have had the chocolate waffles and do recommend those although they are very rich. We did the buffet in December and they had waffles with the option of putting some bananas foster on them. I had then and then went back for a bowl of just the bananas foster with lots of sauce.

We've done the buffet breakfast, menu breakfast, and Thanksgiving brunch. All were fantastic, great Bloody Marys too!

Essentially the buffet has the same food as Cape May Café, at less than half the price because Goofy isn't there (which is preferable for us).

We've seen an omelet station there. The variety is fantastic and we have been told to let them know if there's something we want that's not on the buffet. They will get eggs to order for you from the kitchen, so I assume you can get an omelet made to order as well (but haven't done it).

When you leave the Yacht Club Lobby out towards the lake side, you walk straight to the boat for Epcot and DHS. We like valet parking there, going to a later breakfast, then doing DHS for a while, ending at Epcot. It's become a must do for us!
