Captain Jack Sparrow idea's?

My daughter had a meet up with Captain Jack Sparrow in Disney World, and I have no idea how to scrap this? Any ideas, links, pictures, papers, kits, etc to use? I am at a complete loss! lol Thanks!

If you have a Michael's or Hobby Lobby where you live, they have a cute Pirates paper pack with 5 or 6 pieces of pirates paper and stickers.

I would say go with the pirate pack from the store and I know that in the dollar store I also found some POTC stickers.

Michael's also has loose pirate paper. Creative imaginations has some really nice paper.
