Thanks snow. We have been discussing rumors about this for several weeks around here. But I had never heard of the website link you gave. I think Cap EO is going to be a huge draw next year.

From what I have been told, the rumor is not quite accurate, Captain E-O will be returning, but only for Halloween (possibly through the Christmas Season) with previews beginning for executives as early as this Friday night. We will find out for sure soon I guess.

I'm SO excited about this!

I'm gonna go and see it over and over as many times as I can manage!

As a child, my family would see it EVERY time we went until it closed. Literally. Every time. For us, it never got old. And we're locals, so we were there a fair bit.

Guess we will find out at the D23 Expo this weekend. MiceAge has been reporting EO coming in January.

The original rumor was that EO would return for the Halloween season and run thru the holidays...then all the Disney websites have said that it would return in Jan 2010...I would LOVE IT if it returned in October and was showing for the Holidays...I will be @ DL for Thanksgiving for my 40th B-Day and that would be the GREATEST B-DAY PRESENT...to see Capt EO one more time...in tribute to the GREATEST POP STAR THAT EVER LIVED...

this was not confirmed all Iger said was that they looked at the footage and if they were to bring it back they want to do it right.
