Captain Eo 3D VIEWMASTER rare

Hello,
I just came upon what seems to be a rare collector's item. It was given to me by someone who used to work at a company that produced reels for the famous 3D Viewmaster system.
He gave me a few interesting things, including this CAPTAIN EO package. He told me it was never released due to some trouble with the copyright owners (Disney, Lucasfilm and Michael Jackson had to sign off on every product and it seems they had some problem with this one). So this product was apparently cancelled after production began and all copies destroyed, except for a few, obviously. It was to be sold exclusively at Disneyland and Disneyworld. There's also a gift pack that I have, that includes the red binoculars in a nice box.
I searched the Net for some information on this product but couldn't find any.
Has anyone here ever heard of this ?

Hi, what a great discovery. This is a packet that is not supposed to exist.
The only trace of it's existence was a small mentioning in the magnifecent
series of books by world renowned View-Master collector Harry zur Kleinsmiede.
He wrote
View-Master also planned a reel pack for Captain EO:
a 3-D film starring Michael Jackson; shown at Disney
theme parks between 1986 and 1988. Unfortenately,
this pack was cancelled.

Would it be possible to make a picture of the back of this packet and also
of the gift set ? Your discovery would get a nice place in the data-base
of View-Master pictures of packets.
