I heard the temp. location for captain cook's (poly) is a nightmare. Any thoughts?

There have been a couple of posts that were very positive. I've only seen one negative and....

The menu looks very much improved and one poster has some great pictures. I wish I could remember her name when I'm in the middle of a post but the food looked really good.

And there is always Kona and the excellent room service.
