Captain Cooks for Breakfast

I'm staying at the Dolphin, and I'd like to visit Captain Cooks for breakfast before I go to the park on my MK day. Would it be feasible to do that relying on WDW transportation? Should I take the MK bus then monorail to Poly? How early would I be able to take transportation? I will have a car, and don't mind paying for valet.. would it be better if I valet parked at the Poly?

Why not just drive to TTC and take the monorail to the poly after breakfast take the monorail to the MK.

That would make sense. I guess I could even walk to the Poly from the TTC too. I really hate the buses anyway.
