We were thinking of visiting some of the monorail resorts for our counter service meals (staying at the Contemporary next month and realize they have limited choices due to construction.) I am wondering about Captain Cooks... the menus listed on wdwinfo don't include many options for b-fast... is that true? Can anyone clarify if it would be a good b-fast choice??

thanks.

Tonga Toast is on the menu at Captain Cooks these days. Nuff said!

BUMPING for any more replies??

I am sure Tonga toast is delicious, but I was hoping to hear what else they are offering now for b-fast?? Anyone?

The menu on allearsnet also shows a breakfast platter with scrambled eggs, meat choice, potatoes, and a biscuit; a breakfast croissant, mickey waffles, and a kids platter with scrambled eggs and grapes and drink choice. Hope I remembered it properly. Check it out.

I'm staying at CR also and I wondered about the possibility of getting breakfast smoothies "to go" from the Concourse Steakhouse on those days I want to hurry up and hit the parks... Has anyone done this?

Can you take food on the buses?

You mean there is other food in the world other than Tonga Toast?!?!?!?!?!?

I don't believe it! Tonga Toast is Perfection on a plate.

Anything else is a mere shadow on the cave wall.
