Captain Cooks breakfast hours

I am not staying at the Poly but want to go to Captain Cooks one morning for tonga toast. Does anyone know what the breakfast hours are? I couldn't find them on the Disneyworld website. Thanks

I don't know the specific hours that breakfast is served, however I believe it is open 24 hours a day.

This is always my Go To site for Disney Dining info. Over the years there have been a couple things off, mostly because there might be a slight time lag, but I am always looking up menus, times, etc. If you scroll down to Poly, it says breakfast is served 6:30-11:00.
