Does Captain Cook's still have Tonga Toast (and is it the same as the Tonga Toast served at Kona Cafe)?

Menus that I see have not been updated in a long time

It's the same except at Kona Cafe Tonga Toast is now served with a strawberry sauce or coulis. Not so at CC.
