Captain america t-shirt

I'm looking to make a Captain America T-shirt from the upcoming winter soldier movie. We are headed to WDW at the end of March and want to have matching T-shirts. I just can't seem to get a good star created and the stripes. It seems like it should be so easy to make the gray star and a few stripes, but can't seem to get it right.

Rustmanfan that looks really awesome, but what I'm trying to create is a shirt like he wears in the movie. A black top with an approximate 4" 3d gray/silver star in the middle with approx 1 1/4" stripes going out to the sleeves. It looks simple but I can't seem to get photoshop to do what I want it to.

Great job Millie pie. It inspired me to go back to FedEx office and give it another try. I've completed my first run and ironed it on. Ill put picks up as soon as I figure out how.
