Cap'n Jacks, Portobello, or Paradiso 37??

I currently have reservations for this upcoming Saturday at Cap'n Jacks. But I have been hearing bad reviews of this restaurant. So I looked up these other two places and their menus look good as well.

This is our first day in Disney and it is just DH and I (kiddo left home for this Birthday vacation ). I want something nice with a good atmosphere and food where we can have drinks and enjoy the fact we are in Disney. We have not been to any of these restaurants, so it would be a new experience.

So which would you choose?

We haven't tried the other two but we have been to Paradiso 37 twice and loved it both times.

I haven't been to Paradiso 37, but I have been to the other two and wouldn't recommend.

The food at Captain Jack's has been very mediocre on more than one occasion. We used to love it years ago, but now if feels like a chain restaurant.

We found the service at Portobello to be awful.

Of the DTD restaurants, I would choose one not on your list - Wolfgang Puck's. It is not on your list & is a little further away (down near the Pleasure Island area), but the food is great and the atmosphere is fun and grown-up. We have eaten upstairs and really enjoyed the water views.

I'm a big Wolfgang Puck fan though - ymmv.

Personally I would also choose Wolfgang Puck...
Cap n Jack is just missing its potential in every way!
As for the other 2, I have yet to try them.

I ate at Portobello in January with a large group of work people and the food was really good. Everyone got something a little different: some traditional Italian feel good foods, some pizza, some salad, etc. We did not experience bad service and we were a group of 8. I haven't tried the other 2, but Wolfgang's is always very good.
