Cape Pirate Quest - Pirate game hints added

I have created a quest for all you pirate fans out there, but beware, you will have to score 13000 and 17000 (Error has been fixed, was set to 20000) points in pirates to complete the quest!

Sorry Cape quest sounds fun but getting that score in pirates would be to me like getting 280,000 in fireworks. Yes I am not so pathetic at pirates have gone from one of the worst players on VMK to just horribly awful now. I was so happy when they made the quest get 1000 points. Woot woot I could do that but believe me not always

I couldn't finish because I couldn't get the second pirates score, but I had a lot of fun trying.

Cape dude made the pirate games scores high on purpose; it's supposed to be "a day in the life of capecad". However, he did set the score limits MUCH lower than what *he* usually gets! In fact, *I* am the one that played a couple of pirates games, then he lowered MY scores a little, and thought those would then be fair enough for an average player to get (and believe me, I am only average at pirates.lol), and not too difficult, and not too easy.

His quest is not intended to be extremely easy, although EXCEPT for the pirates games, it IS extremely easy. So... if you want to win his quest, start practicing shooting a lot of pirates

And now mateys, Ye have been warned of what lies ahead in the seas of pirate games and the quest of Pirate CapeCAD........

Here are some hints if you need help scoring more in the Pirate game:

1. Play a level one game and go up under the island on the right inside, then turn left and stop on the inside left. From here you can shoot both pirates without them firing back and score at least 9000 (usually over 10000) points in the first round.

2. Shoot from further away for more points.

3. Pirate ships will follow you after a few shots. If you zig zag as they are firing they will miss you. After they follow you, get them to go over a health so you can shoot them more and get more points. This works best if you let them sink your pirate ship first.

Following these simple rules I can get a quick 26000 - 30000 points per game. I will try and get some screen shots to explain it further.

As a pirate myself, I of course am naturally inclined to defend my territory; so I shoot lots of pirates. I will be more than glad to do your quest if you have it up tomorrow.

Wow! That is a great "tip guide" for pirates. I thought that I do pretty good in that game, but I am not getting though types of scores. I will have to try your way and see what happens. Do you get higher credits?

Oh, and what did you mean when you said "This works best if you let them sink your pirate ship first"? If they sink you first, how can you go get health? Can you clarify that part? Thanks! Excited to see what this does to my game tomorrow!

Hi He means, let the other side (the blue side, for example) sink your other "pirate ship" (the other red ship which is on your side), so that only YOUR pirate ship is left to shoot at the opposing side. Otherwise, sometimes your "partner" pirate ship tries to get in there and shoots them and gets all the points.

I started this Quest last night. It is funny. CAPE IS THE BEST I got up to the Pirate Game part and DC'd. Will hope to finish tonight. Sometimes I can get good scores and your tips will help also. Thanks Cape

I must admit I was scared to try the quest. I never thought I could score
15k and 17k in Pirates. I do think Cape has a swelled head, but that's
another story. LOL!
