We are headed to Cape May next week for the first time, and were most excited about the crab legs on the buffet. We heard through some friends though that crab legs are only available certain nights on the menu? Can someone help me out? If it's certain nights, what nights is it? Thanks!!

We're also trying Cape May for the first time in December...my understanding is that the crab legs are a constant, but there are other seafood items on a rotational basis...like shrimp, cod, etc on certain days.

Crab legs every night. At one time they were an extra charge and they would bring them to your table but that was a couple years ago.

Rotating items:
Fried Cod (Sunday and Friday),
Batter-Fried Calamari (Tuesday and Thursday),
Fried Shrimp (Monday, Wednesday and Saturday)

They have them every night now but change say the cod to talapia on some nights. some nights they have salmon.

We did Cape May for dinner on Thursday of last week.

And as far as the foods mentioned already in this thread; they had the Crab legs, fried cod, and salmon. I don't think they had the calamari. And I'm almost certain they didn't have the fried shrimp; because I would've gotten some.

I think every night is crab legs, mussels, clams and a steamed fish. Other things vary.

Your friends may have gotten confused with the Garden Grove at the Swan. Their buffet has a revolving menu and seafood is there twice a week, I believe.
