If I park my car in the Cape May Parking lot for my Breakfast Res. can I leave my car and get into Epcot ?

Only if you valet park the car. Regular/free resort parking is reserved for resort guests and not intended to be used in lieu of parking at an adjacent park.

Many times they will give you a 3 hour parking pass for your reservation. After that they are free to have it towed.

And you will be at the back end of the park (World Showcase), not the front end. If you are wanting to be in the front end (Future World), then tack on another 10-15 minutes.
