Cape May or Yacht Club Galley - Breakfast?

I just made a PS for our check out day for the Cape May Cafe Character Breakfast. We did this last year, so we've already tried it. Now I'm seeing from 'one' of my guide books that the Yacht Club Galley also has a breakfast buffet. I'm wondering if this would be worth a try, since we've never really made the effort to check out the YC portion of the resort. My kids are older, and while they'd enjoy a character breakfast, it's not vital.

Has anyone tried the YC Galley for breakfast and what do you think? Thanks, Natt

The Yacht Club Galley is a smaller version of the Cape May Cafe buffet. But they also offer a la carte breakfast items like steak and eggs. We couldn't choose either so we're doing both

... and we enjoyed them for different reasons. I personally feel that the food at the Cape May Cafe is better -- there's also a better selection and the food is hotter. Having said that, the Yacht Club Galley is quieter, more relaxing and less expensive since you're not paying for the character breakfast. I'm sure we'll do both during our next stay at BCV.

I've done both, & I must say that you can't lose with either choice! Both places offer delicious breakfast foods!
