Cape May or Whispering Canyon

I'm stuck between these two options and would love to hear the good and bad of both!

I've never been to Cape May but have to say that I Loooooved Whispering Canyon!
We got the all you care to eat skillet and it was awesome! I'm from Texas and I love BBQ and this did not disappoint! Can't say anything bad about the place. My kids loved all the silly antics and stick pony race. Can't wait to go back. It's my favorite place

We have been to Cape May a number of times and really enjoyed the buffet offerings though I think choices have been reduced compared to the past. I think you would have more variety with Cape May and if you are a seafood fan there is lots to enjoy. We have only been to Whispering Canyon once and it was pretty good too (had the skillet as well) though we had a less than enthusiastic waiter so didn't really get a taste of the antics other than the 20 bottles of ketchup. My kids did enjoy the pony races though. I don't think you can go wrong with either but I would give Cape May a slight edge as I prefer seafood to BBQ.

We are doing both on our upcoming trip. But if I had to choose just one, I actually think that it would be based more on convenience as to where we were going to be that day more than anything. We have been to both and I think that they both have good food, but not great food.
