Cape May or Tusker House?

Which would you choose for breakfast on your last day? We will be spending it at Animal Kingdom and leaving at about 6 pm for the airport. I mainly would like to know which one will have the better food and character interaction?

I think the food is better at Tusker House but the character interaction and CMs are nicer at Cape May.

Tusker is one of the best Buffet breakfast at Disney IMO however I find that some characters are rushed like Daisy and Mickey.
