I can't decide if I want to do Beaches n' Cream or Cape May Cafe. It will be for dinner and on the deluxe dining plan. I've heard a lot of people say Beaches isn't worth the dining credit. I'll be with DH and DD5. We sort of like seafood, but aren't too crazy about it.

Cape May is a buffet with a lot of choices and Beaches n Cream is a sandwich - ice cream restaurant (although very good ice cream). I would agree that Cape May is a much better value as a DDP meal. There are a lot of other things on the buffet than seafood. We will be eating there next Tuesday. Check out the menus on www.allearsnet.com.

I think Beaches 'n Cream is a good choice when you want a light to medium meal, and planning to leave room for a yummy ice cream dessert. Beaches is also noisier, more casual, entry way at poolside.

Cape May is a buffet with lots of choices, which I think leads to a much larger, heavier meal for most people. They have quite a few dessert choices too, but nothing that I would call hefty. The entrance is in the lobby of BC, and even though the restaurant is fairly large and is bordered on two sides by lobby corridors, I have never thought it was loud.

We personally really enjoy Cape May Cafe. :sail: We have eaten there on every trip for the last 4 trips and have reservations for this trip as well. I have two sons who are picky eaters, and neither of them like the same things.:o :furious: My husband LOVES seafood and I hate it. Yet we always leave CMC full and satisfied!
Whichever you decide on, I hope you have a great trip!:woohoo: pixiedust:

I'd choose CMC, if for no other reason than the wait you could possibly encounter to be seated at B&C. B&C is a fun place to eat, but the wait can be brutal.

Had a hard time choosing... but I voted for Cape May. We don't eat seafood either and we live near Cape Cod :rotfl: There are plenty of land-lubbin' choices there.... only 1 side of the 4 sides of the buffet has seafood... one side is salad and another dessert.... the remaining side has different chicken/pasta dishes, ribs, etc.... :thumbsup2

Another non-seafood eater here. I found plenty to eat at Cape May when we went. But, it wasn't all that terrific. We won't be going back. And as far as Beaches and Cream goes..there is no way I'm ever waiting to get in there again. The lines were always huge, and it didn't seem to matter what time we went. Nope, if we need to eat in the area, we head over to BW and eat at Spoodles if on the dining plan. But, I voted for Cape May.
