Cape May, crab legs, and NYE

Anyone eaten here on NYE? We have done MK on NYE a couple of times but want to do Epcot. On Christmas Day in the past CMC has been open for lunch, can anyone tell me if CMC has opened up for lunch hours on NYE?I would like to get an earlier seating than our 5pm ADR? Those of you that have gone to Epcot pn NYE should we walk over to eat or just stay in Epcot?

Also, we just ate there in Oct. and we did not get the crab legs on our buffet yet when we returned many posted they did. Anyone have any experience lately with this?

We do a park every year for NYE.Epcot is second only to the MK in crowds but has more seating and food available.Rarely a good idea in good weather to leave on NYE as the parks have been at capacity most years with limited re-entry if any.Sorry,can't help with the food question.

We make our ADRs ASAP and always for a couple extra seats in case we pick up a straggler a few weeks out as we are only 2 hours away.

Crab legs have been on the buffet lately...I can let you know in 2 weeks since we have 2 meals planned there.But as with everything Disney it is subject to change at ANY time and without advanced notice

I wouldn't leave the park. Chance are you will not get back in

We are in the same situation. We booked the NYE special dinner at World Showplace because we just booked a last minute trip. We are going to CMC on the day after.

Anway CM says EPCOT reaches capacity just after MK. MK fills up quicker because it is more poular and a smaller park (hey need some adult beverages on NYE lol) anyway by afternoon she says it is usually to capacity....but who knows

We ate there last week and the crab legs were on the buffet. In fact, they were the best part of the meal by far.
