Has anyone been to dinner at Cape May recently? If so, could you tell me what the non-seafood selections were? Do they still have a carving station? Thanks!

I was there in May and yes still a carving station. also there was baked chicken, fried chicken strips, ribs, hotdogs:), salads.

We were there on June 13th and they had a carving station. Also non seafood was roasted chicken, ribs, beef tips, mashed potatoes, roasted potatoes, corn, grilled mixed vegetables, lots of great salads and more. Kids buffet was chicken strips, corn dog nuggets and mini hot dogs. I am a non seafood eater and always leave there stuffed.

Hi! We were just there on Thursday, June 30th. They did have a carving station, but it was small cuts of meat that were rather overcooked & the carver was stingy giving it out. Plus there was up to a 25 minute wait between the old cut being finished and a new cut of meat coming out. If it's any consolation, we were told by the family at the table next to us that they had eaten there on Monday & it was much better (otherwise they would not have come back). However, I think I will have a very hard time getting my red-meat-eating husband to ever go back there. Other than the meat carving, they did have ribs & roasted chicken parts, while the kid's section had chicken tenders. There was also salad, roated veggies, corn & potatoes. We did not notice the beef tips or the corn dog nuggets. My suggestion is not to go too close to closing because it seems they don't refill the foods at the end of the night, as there were several other things besides just the supply of meat that we had trouble with. (we got there at 8:45 pm)

My husband and I go here every trip and yes, I have to agree with motaei that the buffet selection (nonseafood and seafood) is better earlier in the evening. We've found that between the start of the buffet until about 8:00, they diligently refill the items. However, when we've dined later, we've found that the selection was not as plentiful.

We have eaten here as well and I was wondering why we did not like it and everyone seems to love it. I guess we will have to get earlier reservations next time. I found the same to be true at breakfast.
