We dined at Cape May on our recent trip. The add on the crab legs looked very inviting and I couldn't resist trying them. Just the thought of them makes me want more. They were excellent!!
Although I'm not overly fond of clams and oysters (which I did not even try but DH did and said they were good), I was blown away by the crab legs. I can't wait until next trip to return there for dinner. Yummy!

We tried Cape May Clambake for the first time last November and loved it! First time DH and I tried mussels - and they were very good! Also great clams and shrimp - clam chowder very good too - I know they also had some non-fish things that looked good as well. We also thought the whole "kids coloring on the tablecloth" thing was great also,

That is the one dining experience we repeat during every visit. We know we will have a great meal there. Our favorite.

Cape May is our favorite too!

Not ours:mad:

Other than the clams and the crab legs, we found nothing there even edible, let alone apealing. They had this boiled steak in nasty sauce that was no less than revolting. I gues there were enough kiddie choices, but we didn't find this place apealing at all.

This place is on our short list of "Never Again" places.

DH and I tried Cape May for the first time last month. It's my new favorite WDW buffet! We will difinitely return on our next trip (whenever that may be :( ).

Unfortunately, I have to agree with Richyams on this. We've dined at Cape May 40+ times (the last time being 2 weeks ago) and the food has definitely changed... and not for the better.

We were also very upset to learn that the price is now $23.99 pp.

This has always been one of my favorites! I was amazed last year to learn that CarolAnnK had never eaten there. So, I made it my personal goal in life to get her there. :) Needless to say, she has fallen in love with the place.

We've eaten there at least a dozen times and enjoyed it each time. Though it is getting a big more expensive but the atmosphere and the service have always been excellent. We were there again last Oct. loved it. Plus Erik Estrada from the television show Chips walked right by me in the lobby!

I do agree that the atmosphere is terrific ~ and the service is top-notch. But the food itself is not as excellent as it once was. I guess because we eat there so often, it's easier for us to notice the smaller changes. We also spoke with the Chef (we have to as Hubby is on a very strict diet) and he shared with us that "some" things have changed.

All in all though, it's still a fun place to dine!

We dined there for dinner 2 weeks ago and absolutely loved, loved, loved it!!! It was the best meal I ever had at WDW and I can't wait to try it again!!!:D
