If we eat there for dinner at the buffet do the kids have to eat off the childrens buffet? Thanks for any info!!

No.

This is true of any WDW buffet.

The 'Children's section' is a lower-to-the-ground, stocked with kids' favorites, part of the whole buffet. Children may eat from any part of the buffet, as may adults (I have taken stuff from the Children's section myself, many times).

Nope!

The kiddies can eat off the kids buffet which has mac n' cheese, nuggets and other kid friendly fare, but they can also eat off the "adult" buffet which is DELICIOUS!!!

they have a great mini-sized dessert bar sampling....

nope, your kids can select any food. My son never eats the children selection at any of the buffet he likes the adult selection and the salads.
