Cape May Cafe or Chef Mickey's

Hello! Me and my family are trying to do atleast one character meal in Disney. We basically narrowed it down to Cape May Cafe (for breakfast), or Chef Mickey's (for dinner). We are a family of five and they do not really care which characters they see as long as the place has great food and wondeful character interaction. Please give me some feedback on if you have ate at these places or if you have ate at both and which you would choose!

I have eaten at both Cape May for dinner and Chef's M for dinner. I did not care for either. If I had to choose one I would go with Cape May breakfast.

If I had to recommend a character meal I would suggest O'hana for breakfast. We prefer family style service to a buffet. Good characters and great location!

We love Cape May Cafe buffet breakfast We've gone many times over the last years, most recently in December. The food quality is great, service has always been good and Character interaction is fantastic!

We've only been to Chef Mickey's once, on our first trip. I remember that it was good, a little crazy & loud. I feel like we did it once, and that's all we really need.

Cape May has always been fantastic, we just love the adorable characters in their bathing suits, the food and service has always been wonderful. The atmosphere is very relaxed and quiet.

We ate at Chef Mickey's for dinner last week. We liked it, but the dinner buffet was just ok. I think breakfast would probably be better.

We enjoyed Chef Mickey's for dinner last month. We haven't been to Cape May's. But I must say that the character breakfasts are so much better than the character dinners. Our favorite was the character breakfast at 1900 Park Fare at the Grand Floridian.
