I AM LOOKING FOR SOME INPUT ON THE CLAM BAKE. WE WILL BE CHECKING IN ON DEC 31 AND I WAS THINKING ABOUT DOING THIS AS OUR DINNER. ANY THOUGHTS? IT SOUNDS GOOD, BUT IS IT?

WE WILL NOT BE GOING INTO THE PARKS, SO OUR RESSIES WOULD HAVE TO BE FOR EITHER A RESSORT OR DTD. I AM OPEN TO OTHER SUGGESTIONS. IT WILL BE DH, ME, DS6 AND DS1.
THANKS :sunny:

FYI, when you type in all caps people think your yelling....

The Clam Bake is excellent. It was our best meal on our last trip.
It is now a staple in our trips. Try it, I don't think you will disappointed.

This is one our favorite buffets. And you don't have to like seafood to eat here. There is so many other things to choose from. We have never had a bad meal here. If you haven't already done so check out allearsnet.com. The have a listing of the menus, and you can see what is on the buffet. It's a nice and relaxing atmosphere. And the service has always been really good here too. The part that my kids like the best, is that there is a big piece of paper on the table and they give you crayons so that the kids can color. Keeps them occupied while others are still eating!!! Hope you like this place. :joker:

You will see a lot of reviews on Cape May on these boards. For us, it is a 'must do'. We always have dinner here and usually go to the CB during our stay. They have a nice selection, whether or not you like seafood.

I KNOW... BUT I DON'T CARE ;) . I HAVE TO LEAVE IT ON FOR WORK. I GOT TIRED OF SWITCHING BACK AND FORTH...THANKS THOUGH.

SOUNDS LIKE A GREAT MEAL.

Ok, I have to ask..what do you do at work that requires all caps??

We have gone here every :trip for the last 4 years and always like it. We do not eat seafood but they have so many other selections. Also the tables are covered in paper and the kids are given crayons so that will help occupy them. I have 3 kids so I know at the ages your children are at, any help
keeping them busy helps. :wizard:

I AM AN ACCOUNTANT AND ON THE SIDE, I DO ALL OF THE BOOKS FOR MY INLAWS 3 COMPANIES. THEY LIKE THEIR BOOKS TO SHOW IN ALL CAPS, AS THEY ARE OLDER AND THEY FIND IT IS EASIER FOR THEM TO READ. I DO THEIR WORK FROM HOME ON MY COMPUTER, SO THE CAPS LOCK KEY IS ALWAYS ON. SOMEDAYS I SWITCH BACK AND FORTH BETWEEN THE TWO AND I WOULD FORGET TO SWITCH IT ON FOR WORK.... SO NOW I JUST LEAVE IT ON! IF IT BOTHERS YOU.... I'M SORRY :goodvibes

We were very disappointed at CM in January. Not the seafood selection we had remembered from the past. It had always been a favorite, but I will avoid it for awhile. I do have to say that we had the best "server" there that we had on our entire trip.
