On a current menu on Deb's site it says that there is "Hand-Carved Prime Rib of Beef with au jus..." at the carving station at the Cape May dinner buffet. I thought I had read lately reports that they were now serving flank steak instead of prime rib. Has anyone been there lately? I know it sounds nitpicky but my family's choice of buffets will be the one with prime rib.
They also now put the steamed clams in some sort of garlic sauce people weren't too thrilled with.
