Cape May Buffet character question

Is it true that Chip and Dale are no longer there and that Donald has replaced them?

Yes, it is true. We had DS's bday breakfast there on Dec 3rd and it was Minnie, Goofy and Donald in beach gear.

Thanks for the quick reply. We had breakfast there last August because my DS is a HUGE Chip and Dale fan. The food was awesome and we planned it to be on our list for our trip this year. However since Chip and Dale are no longer there, I don't think we will make the effort. WE were disappointed when they removed them from Chef Mickey's and now from Cape May. What a bummer.

And they used to be at the character breakfast at the Polynesian years and years ago when it was a breakfast hosted by Minnie, with Chip & Dale, Goofy and Pluto. We've not gone back since because we personally don't care for Stitch or family style.

We went in Oct and there was Donald, Minnie and Goofy...no more Chip and Dip...er Dale

The switch over from Chip/Dale to Donald at Cape May was made around the end of Sept last year. We were there in mid October and saw Minnie, Donald and Goofy. Still a great breakfast.

Now that LTT has removed the characters, the only place to find chip/dale is at Garden Grill dinner at Epcot.

Seems like Disney is slowly removing character meals and cutting down on the number of characters at each meal. bummer.
