Cape May Breakfast Buffet?

Well, I have a 10:30 reservation. We're staying at POR and I figure we can head over to Epcot and do a ride or two at rope drop, then walk over there to enjoy breakfast. I did have the Bon Voyage breakfast and that's what we were planning to do there.
This is what we did: a 10:30 ADR. We treated it as "brunch " and we were able to get to Epcot early, do some rides (taking advantage of the short lines), then have a leisurely meal. Best of both worlds; short lines at rope drop, then a yummy brunch. To me, that's a much better strategy than a breakfast at park opening.

Disney has a few breakfast buffets with Characters.

Cape May is one of the 'better' experiences; value is enhanced if you enjoy smoked salmon.
Yes to that. I can eat my money’s worth of the smoked salmon alone, although I try to save room for the other buffet options. I think the character breakfasts at Cape May and at Tusker House are the two best on property. Since we usually stay DVC at the BoardWalk, Cape May is a more frequent choice because of the easy morning stroll from the BW to Beach Club.

We enjoyed it in October. A huge selection of breakfast options. The characters were great and we ended up seeing them about 2-3 times in our hour and a half there.
