Cape May and Narcossee's?? ADRs??

Hi Guys!!

Trying to get ADRs at the above two places...CM for Breakfast and Narcossee's for a dinner...

My travel agent has been trying since Saturday and can't get a CM to make the reservations for her on their new system?? I believe she also tried today with no avail???

Has this happened to any of the rest of you?? What should I do??

Ressies are for May 26th and May 28th.

Any help or advice is appreciated!!!

many of the reservation CMs do not have access to the new computer system...for any reservations after 5/25, they have to be on the new system. At the end of the usual prompts when you call for reservations, there's a guy's voice comes on and says "listen carefully because this message is update daily. if you are calling for reservations for May 26 through May 31, please press 1 now. For all others, stay on the line." If you stay on the line, you will just get the CMs doing ressies for now through 5/25...they literally cannot do 5/26 - 5/31. If you do get one of them, insist that they transfer you to the CMs on the new system...and be prepared to sit on hold to get those dates, because seems like not many CMs can do them, so there's a lot of hold time. Took me 30 min. on hold today (mid-afternoon, usually a slow time to call in my experience.)

Are you staying at a WDW hotel? You cannot make reservations until 90 days prior. By my calculations you are not at 90 days.

Yes, my 90 day date was on this past Saturday...we are there starting 5/22.
We are at a disney property...

I was able to get through quickly this afternoon at 6pm CST.
I was able to do some at the beginning of my trip (may 22-29) with one agent and then they had to switch me to a new agent for my adr's afer the 25th or 26th. It went very quickly!
