my surfing son wants me to take him here over Easter. Any recommendations for hotels near the surfing spots on the beach? He may camp on the beach with some friends while I stay at a hotel, or he and his friends may stay in the hotel with me. So I need choices for just me and my dd that are comfortable, or cheap for a group of teen boys who are surfing. Another thought is renting a house as it is off season.
Also looking for places to eat and non-surfing places for me and my daughter to visit. I am guessing it will be just starting to warm up then so we won't want to be spending hours on the beach.
Does anybody here surf Hatteras and if so, where?
