They are opening tomorrow and I've looked at their website but it doesn't yet have menus for either of the restaurants. Has anyone come across them ?
I want to add one or both of these restaurants to our Sept trip given that they are at the 4S. We've stayed and dined at many 4S properties and the meals are always spectacular so I expect Orlando will follow suit.

For some reason the mods have moved or locked all previous threads to do with FS restaurants. I have no idea why. Because the resort is so new, I haven't been able to find any info on the regular sites I use (allears and wdwinfo). I can only hope that they will be adding these places to their lineup very soon. Especially now that it seems that reservations are becoming bookable through the Disney dining site, like the Swan/Dolphin restaurants.

I was able to find a little info on their menus by doing a search on the Disney food blog.

Capa the Spanish inspired rooftop restaurant opened on 20 th October at the four Seasons!

NOTE1: Capa is the roof-top dinner eatery at the Four Seasons resort on WDW property. As
one might expect, service and food quality are top notch. The views are pretty good, but
not spectacular, although one does get to see fireworks from afar. We were happy to have
and alternative to WDW Signature Dining, where we can get great service/food at about the
same prices as Disney eateries. The Four Seasons and The Waldorf on WDW property should
certainly give WDW Signatures a run for their money.

NOTE2: Dress is Orlando-Resort-Casual. In other words, slacks and shirts for men and no
shorts or t-shirts. I have seen "dress" Bermuda shorts on a couple guys and gals, but for
the most part, no.
