Canvas on Demand Groupon--Not Happy!!

I have purchased these before and have had great results, but this most recent time, I am disappointed. I got 2 photos done this time, using the Groupon deal. They were taken in the same spot and in the same conditions, and with the same camera, as another one I have gotten in the past.

These last two are much less vibrant than the older ones. And one one of them there is a dark spot that does not show up on the print or when I few the original on my computer.

I have 8 by 10 prints of the two pictures, just printed at Costco, and they look as good as or better than the older pictures.

Has anyone had any experience where the Groupon deal got different quality or service? Or that there quality in general has just deteriorated?

Prior to this, I have raved about Canvas on Demand. My mom has several made from what are really just snapshots, and they look really terrific. These last two I got were really well-done photos, and on the canvas, they look like snapshots.

give them a call, i had 2 pictures done, and they decided it didn't fit the size I wanted so changed the size form a 16x20 to so me strange 14 x24 or something, I was not happy so called and they redid the one by trimming it some and resent it to me without me having to send the old one back, so I just gave the odd size to my mother. funny thing is i got another groupon from them as my MIL wanted a copy of the same picture and lo and behold this time it fit on the 16 x 20, course I can see where the first time really did look better, but yeah give them a call they were easy to work with.
