Cantina de San Angel & vegetarians

The only kids meal is a chicken and cheese quesadilla. Are they all premade or can they be ordered w/o the chicken?

I've never been to San Angel - but I've done a lot of dining research (I'm a vegetarian too!) and from what I've heard, when you get to the restaurant, you can ask to order from a separate vegetarian menu - it is very limited (3 items I think?), but they do offer it. If you have your heart set on a quesadilla - I'm sure they could make one without chicken too!
