Thanks to all of you for keeping my lonely PTR company while I was away, friends!

WOW~ I have been gone for so long from my PTR! The holidays were just so busy. I only came in to work for a day or two here and there. For the rest of the time, I never sat down at a computer...just did FB and whatnot from my phone. While I do have the Disboards app, it is just hard to do any serious (lenghthy) posting from it.

I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season. I know we did. Here are the gift highlights for our family:

Gabriel~ Buzz Lightyear and Star Wars action figures that he has been wanting

Charity~ American Girl Doll

Jillian~ I-Pod Touch

Brian~ enough $$$ to get his own Kindle Fire

Me~ enough $$$ for some cute brown boots and fun clothing purchases...and to FINALLY be able to get one of those much sought after SerendipiD~ UPB's!!!!

We are back to our routines again and I couldn't be happier. The holidays truly wore me out this time. Just as the last of my house guests left, Brian's brother and his little girl drove in from Iowa to stay with the in-laws. We ended up spending the ENTIRE weekend over there (except sleep time). It felt SO GOOD to sit down at the dinner table last night (just the five of us) to a nice, relaxing dinner of non-holiday type food.

Since we are back to routines, do you know what that means??? MOVIE NIGHTS again! I am so ready to get these started again. I really have missed it! So, tonight I will have Brian draw from the jar to see what our next movie will be and we will have a movie night again on the 12th.

I really don't have any new news on the trip planning front. Brian did decide to suspend his 401K for the time being, so we should start seeing our trip savings start to add up a lot more now. I am SOOOOO eager just to get the darn thing booked already, but alas we must wait about another month for our tax return to come in....but I have waited so long at this point that a month will probably fly by.

I guess that is it for now. I will try to get on here tomorrow or Friday to post a few pictures from Christmas. I was the photographer, so I definitely cannot promise quality photos...

DH and I are headed to Nashville for a long weekend in February. I've never been there so I'm excited to explore that city.

Ipod Touches are the bane of my existance... If you only knew what a $$ pit they are. I would have told you, if I would have known you were getting her one... We have spent so much $$ on the girls' Ipods, that is why we switched to the Ipad for V - hoping we have better luck with that.

I am getting close to booking too... I am so scared that I won't be able to save fast enough though.

Well, we got Charity one of the "looks like me" type dolls. That is what she wanted. We have already made a trip to Joanne's to get some of the "knock-off" outfits for her since she opened it on Christmas.

We really just got Jillian a used 3rd gen I-pod off E-bay. We just couldn't swing one of the new ones; and the only things she wants it for is music and games, so I think she will be okay. She knows it is an older one, but she was still very excited and appreciative and has used it lots already. Let's hope it will suffice for a while...

Yes, I do hope Ariana brings an UPB to show off. Did I ever tell you I got to see Lynn's Figment bag in person? Yep, she and I had a Dismeet alast summer and she showed it off. Just those bags, and cannot wait to be a proud owner myself!

We did pick our next movie night theme....A Bug's Life. I am excited to plan for this one. I am doing sort of a summer theme, so it will be nice to have a "picnic" inside while it is cold and wet outdoors!

I am missing Disney REALLY badly today. My cousin is there with her family and posting pictures to FB every hour or so...I want to be there!!!! And I am torturing myself so badly. I am listening to park music on Live 365, and reading TR's for Disers that I have been following for a while now who were just there...and I have just worked myself up into the worst FUNK. So sad... I know I am going to be really bad in March when we usually go. I knew waiting until October was going to be so hard, and I was right.

I am behaving like a girl after a big break-up who listens to the old songs, reads the love letters, pulls out the boxes of forgotten photos and pines for her lover...all I am missing is the Hagen Daas and a box of tissue for all the weeping!

Well, thanks everyone for joining my little pity party today. Now back to your regularly scheduled lives...

You are not the only one going through Disney withdrawal. I don't know how I'm going to wait till October and I was just there in November! So I'll join in your pity party. I recorded the Disney Christmas parade but I've only been able to watch half of it because I want to cry when it's on.

I love Live 365! But today I'm just listening to the 18 hours of Disney music I have loaded onto my work computer.

Ohhh Oopsi...I am right there with you. I am having MAJOR Disney withdrawals. I just can't wait to get back to my favorite place on Earth! It's been over 14 months since I was there last...and I'm having a hard time with the fact it will be another 10 months before I can get there again.

I have been trolling TR's and the Photography Board just for that quick fix seeing the magic. I did some hardcore planning for my Oct. trip yesterday and my boyfriend just shook his head at me like I was crazy! I think of it as less "crazy" and more "well prepared"! I swear...sometimes men just don't understand!

So, for any of you who have followed my PTR's and TR's before, you may already know what I do when I get the Disney blues REALLY bad...

I just went and spent some $$$ on Disney stuff on Amazon. Really, I still had about $7 in credit on my account, so I just got one thing, the next Kingdom Keepers book! I got the first one for Jillian for her birthday last year. She liked it...and so did I. So I just found a used one in "very good" condition and ordered it! Now, I have to bide my time until it gets here...

So I decided to start sort of a skeleton schedule for our week at Disney (with a larger group than I am used to)...and let me just say, this is not for the faint of heart! I ended up spending an HOUR on the phone with my mom talking through schedule suggestions. It left me with a headache and my brain spinning circles. I finally got something I think will work for everyone. I printed it off, and then realized that MNSSHP may interfere with the ONE DAY I have put down for Magic Kingdom! I don't have time at the moment to put down what I have, but I will be back sometime next week to get it on here...Of course it is just the start, I am sure there will end up being MANY changes.
