Can't use PIN!

So I finally got a PIN emailed to me and as luck would have it the PIN is for our dates. I called disney reservations and gave them the PIN and they tell me I can't use it because its for Florida residents only! Why the heck would disney send me a PIN I can't use?

the only thing I can think of is perhaps you registered on Disney's website with a FL zip code?

try calling back and hopefully you get another CM. just say you got a PIN emailed to you and want to check, don't tell them about your previous call ;-)

I would call back and try with another CM. Different CM often give you different answers.
