Can't use ddp for candlelight processional at via napoli?

I booked Via Napoli for our candlelight processional restaurant. When I looked at my email confirmation it said "This restaurant does not participate in the Disney Dining Plan." Is this true, because the web site says it does participate? I'm confused.

You can use the DDP. It will be 2 credits just like the other locations. And it does accept the DDP all the time, so that is an error.
