Can't understand why luau reservations keeps changing days on its own

I've tried three times to book our seats at the Spirit of Aloha luau for September 11, but all three times it has inexplicably switched them to September 12. When initially viewing the confirmation screen, the date is fine. But after closing the window and looking at MyDisneyExperience, it's wrong. I'm definitely going to call the reservation line to get this straightened out, but I'm curious if anyone else has ever experienced such a thing.

Yes, this happened to me many times with Hoop Dee Doo Revue. Tried to book it for 11/17, and whenever I would get the confirmation, it was for the following day (11/18). Totally wonky.
