Can't turn off email notifications

Seems like since the update I can't turn it all off no matter what I do, can someone please help me?

I turned off email, it will not stop sending. These are the most recent, please find a way to stop because I do not want the emails.

I am hoping that Webmasters Alex and/or Corey will fix the issue. I've let them know that there are several issues with the boards right now.
