Good luck with ur degree. I qualified last September and I know how hard it is financially. I had to work 16 hours in A&E as well for 2 years. Where is your placement? My new job is in the community. I did my sign off and elective there. Can't wait to start. Keep ur chin up

I'm glad to here someone made it through! I'm absolutely loving it but it's tough lol. I'm going to Recovery/HDU at the orthopaedic hospital. It'll be my first critical caress I'm really excited.

My last placement was community - a stroke unit within a community hospital. It was a really nice place to work, great for newly qualified nurses too

You will get through Hun. You already sound like your enjoying it and u normally know after ur first placement. I did MHDU for my CC placement but the ward manager Was a right boot. Didn't like students obviously forgot she was one back when the dinosaurs were abiutI hated the assignments did much better in the exams and the practical. Take one step at a time if u need anything pm me. Still hv all my work etc.
