Can't search for Aulani or VGC

Has anyone seen this before? I'm searching for availability and I don't have the option of selection Aulani or Grand Cali.

It seems like the sort of thing that should happen when a resale buyer tries to book at Riviera, but Riviera doesn't show up on my list at all. It used to.

Are those your home resorts? If so, could it be that they are already checked off further up the page? They're not my home resorts but I can tick the boxes for them if I want to do a search.

Or it could be just another of the many DVC website glitches. #FixTheWebsiteBill

VGC seems permanently stuck for me, but Aulani comes and goes.

Sometimes the tool "thinks" Aulani is one of my home resorts, which I think has something to do with some OTUP I bought recently. But I've never purchased, stayed at, or even searched for VGC.

RIV won’t show up on any membership even as an option unless there are points that can actually be used there to book it.

But, those others, not sure why some of us are blocked.

If you buy OTU points, are you able to book them at RIV if you are white card?

I just checked and I can check all DVC resorts. Got to love Disney IT and the great updates.

Is this during a normal search or when modifying? I don't have them blocked out if I just go to make a new reservation but they are always blocked when modifying.

There was a report that an owner who got transferred points that could be used there were not eligible. I don’t know how it was resolved.

But, I would be surprised to find out that OTU points would allow someone to book one night at RIV.
