Can't retrieve my reservation online for dining reservations

So I wanted to have my resort reservation number in the disney online system so I'll be ready to do my online dining reservations at 180 days but my reservation isn't showing up. I can retrieve it on the dvc page but that doesn't really help me. Is there a way for them to fix this so I can do my ressie's online?? Should I call or email them to fix?? and who to call? Thanks so much

When I went to do mine, I had to enter the number two times before it took it.

I did not sign in first, but clicked on Use my dining plan, even though I didn't have one.

The last time I changed things, I just logged in to my Disney account from the dining site and then hit "My Reservations" and it showed up.

Have you tried that? It should work one of those ways.

I ended up calling. I was too frustrated to enter it a third time. The good news is I got everything I wanted for ADRs.
