can't retrieve my dining reservation online?

I have a question. I made a reservation earlier today at CRT by phone. I'm now checking it online, and when I try to retrieve it with the confirmation #, it says they can't retrieve it. Has this happened to anyone? I will call them back to confirm, but wanted to see if this does happen?

nevermind! They had it under my home phone, I was using my cell!
