Can't Purchase an AP Online

I have been trying the last 2 days to purchase our AP's online but every time I click "Add to Cart" I get taken to a screen that tells me my cart is empty, even though I just added the AP. I started a chat session but the cast member was unaware of any issues with the website and told me to try again later. I am paying with gift cards and will have to purchase all 4 AP's separately because of the 2 payment method limitation, so I didn't really want to be on the phone for an hour with Member Services reciting all my gift card numbers, although they are closed right now anyway due to the weather.

If I can't purchase online and member services is closed, at this point my chances of getting any decent fast passes is nil.

Anyone else unable to purchase AP's online?
 
Will combining the gift card amounts onto one card help your situation at all?

The disney gift card website allows you to move balances from one card to another.
 

I had change to browsers. Try Dolphin or Chrome.

Chrome is the recommended browser by Disney IT, I forget where I leaded this but I haven't had any problems since changing to Chrome.
 
I tried google chrome and it will not work either. I can't get through on the phone either because all lines are busy

Did you try the Dolphin browser I recommended? I was able to add an AP to my cart no problem just a few minutes ago.

Same her for the last 5 days. I have tried Chrome, Firefox, Safari & IE. I've tried on my Mac, iPhone, HP laptop and kindle. Ugh!

Trying not to call for something that doesn't actually require a phone call. Did CHAT, yeah right. It must be my browsers. MS wait times are 90+ minutes and I realize some need to call. So called IT, and went through the spill and when I finally went through everything I had tried, etc. CM said they are aware, but not priority at this time. LOL!
 
We are going to buy AP's for the first time, and I was coming on the boards to ask if it's easier to do online or by phone... you guys just answered my question! LOL Thanks!!!
