Can't Preorder at BOG on MDE

Today begins my 30-day window to preorder at BOG, which my MDE has been reminding me of. But there is nowhere on that page I can find to do it. Not at the top of the page, nor on my BOG reservation confirmation; the only options I get are to change or cancel. I remember having no problem doing this a couple years ago, so just looking for some help. TIA!
 
Are you on the app or the website? I don't think it works through the app. It could also be MDE glitching, just keep checking back periodically. You've still got 30 days.
 
I'm on the website. I will keep checking though, as I do know about those glitches. Thank you.
